Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 18, 2026
Last Updated: July 18, 2026

PutesLabs LLC ("PutesLabs," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company based in Missouri, United States. We create and operate mobile applications, websites, software, and related services made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and other platforms.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use:

  • Mobile applications developed or published by PutesLabs;
  • The PutesLabs website, including puteslabs.com;
  • Websites operated for individual PutesLabs applications;
  • Customer support, waitlists, newsletters, and other communications; and
  • Any other product or service that links to this Privacy Policy.

Together, these are referred to as the "Services."

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is also subject to any applicable Terms of Use.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to PutesLabs and the applications and services we own or operate unless a particular application provides a separate or supplemental privacy notice.

Because different PutesLabs applications may offer different features, each application may collect and use different types of information. An application's App Store privacy disclosures, Google Play Data Safety disclosures, in-app notices, permission requests, and supplemental privacy notice provide additional information about that specific application.

When a supplemental notice conflicts with this general Privacy Policy, the supplemental notice will control for that particular application and its specific data practices.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to products, websites, or services operated independently by third parties, including Apple, Google, advertisers, payment processors, or websites linked from our Services.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on which Services you use, the features you access, the permissions you grant, and how you interact with us.

  • Purchase, subscription, and transaction information; and
  • Any other information you choose to provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or submit information relating to another person.

2.2 Account and Authentication Information

When you create an account, we may collect your email address, name, login credentials, account identifier, authentication tokens, and related account information.

If you sign in using a third-party provider, such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, we may receive information authorized by you and provided by that service, which may include:

  • Your name;
  • Email address;
  • Profile photograph;
  • Authentication identifier; and
  • Other information you have authorized the provider to share.

We do not receive your password for your Apple or Google account.

2.5 Usage and Analytics Information

We may collect information about how users interact with the Services, including:

  • Features accessed;
  • Actions taken;
  • Frequency and duration of use;
  • Application screens viewed;
  • Subscription status;
  • Engagement information;

  • Technical performance; and
  • Crash or error information.

We may use internal analytics tools or third-party analytics providers to process this information. Any analytics services used by a particular application must also be disclosed through that application's store listing or supplemental privacy notice when required.

  • Recording a job or project location;
  • Showing nearby services;
  • Adding location information to uploaded content;
  • Providing navigation or mapping features;
  • Verifying a service area; or
  • Offering location-based functionality.

We will request device permission before accessing location information when required by the operating system.

Unless clearly disclosed within the applicable application, we do not collect precise location information while the application is not actively being used.

You may disable location access through your device settings, but some features may no longer work properly.

2.8 Contacts, Calendar, and Other Device Permissions

Some Services may request access to contacts, calendar information, notifications, Bluetooth, local network access, or other device functions when necessary to provide a feature.

We will request permission before accessing information controlled by your device's permission system. The purpose of the request will be presented within the application or permission prompt.

You may revoke permissions through your device settings.

2.9 Purchase and Subscription Information

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are generally processed by Apple or Google.

We may receive limited transaction information, such as:

  • Product or subscription purchased;
  • Subscription status;
  • Purchase date;
  • Expiration or renewal date;
  • Transaction identifier;
  • App store receipt;
  • Country or region; and
  • Whether a transaction was completed, refunded, or canceled.

We generally do not receive or store your full payment card number when payment is processed by Apple, Google, or another payment processor.

The information received depends on the third party, your settings, and the permissions you provide.

2.12 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep users signed in;
  • Remember preferences;
  • Operate website features;
  • Measure traffic and performance;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Diagnose technical problems;
  • Understand how visitors use our Services; and
  • Support advertising or marketing when disclosed.

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may cause some website functions to stop working properly.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and operate the Services;
  • To create and manage user accounts;
  • To authenticate users;
  • To provide requested features;

We may combine information collected through different PutesLabs Services when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

When privacy laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:

Performance of a Contract

We process information when necessary to provide the Services you requested, manage your account, provide purchased features, or perform our obligations under our Terms of Use.

Consent

We may process information based on your consent, including when you grant a device permission, agree to receive marketing communications, or authorize an optional feature.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

Legitimate Interests

We may process information when reasonably necessary for legitimate business interests, including:

  • Improving our Services;
  • Securing our systems;
  • Preventing fraud;
  • Providing customer support;
  • Understanding product performance;
  • Marketing our Services; and
  • Protecting our legal rights.

We consider the effect of this processing on users and do not rely on legitimate interests when user rights and interests outweigh our interests.

Legal Obligations

We may process information to comply with applicable laws, tax requirements, accounting rules, court orders, government requests, or other legal obligations.

Protection of Vital Interests

In limited circumstances, we may process information when necessary to protect someone's health, safety, or vital interests.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

5.1 Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that perform services for us, including:

  • Cloud hosting;
  • Database storage;
  • Authentication;
  • Analytics;
  • Crash reporting;

  • Email delivery;
  • Payment and subscription processing;
  • App performance monitoring;
  • Security;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Content delivery;
  • Website hosting; and
  • Software development.

Service providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are expected to protect the information in accordance with their contractual and legal obligations.

5.2 Apple, Google, and Platform Providers

When you download, purchase, or use an application through Apple or Google, those companies may independently collect and process information about you.

Information processed independently by Apple, Google, or another platform provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms.

5.3 Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a PutesLabs Service to another service or intentionally share information with another platform, we may disclose information at your direction.

Third-party services are responsible for their own privacy practices. You should review their privacy policies before connecting an account or transferring information.

5.4 Other Users

If a Service includes collaboration, sharing, public profiles, messaging, teams, or community features, information you choose to share may be visible to other users.

You are responsible for the information you choose to make public or share with others.

5.5 Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law;
  • Respond to a subpoena, court order, warrant, or lawful government request;
  • Enforce our agreements;
  • Investigate fraud, security incidents, or illegal activity;
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of PutesLabs, our users, or another person;
  • Prevent death or serious physical harm; or
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where legally permitted, we may object to requests that we believe are invalid, overly broad, or unlawful.

5.6 Business Transfers

We may disclose or transfer information as part of a:

  • Merger;
  • Acquisition;
  • Financing;
  • Reorganization;
  • Bankruptcy;
  • Sale of company assets;
  • Transfer of an application or business line; or
  • Similar corporate transaction.

A successor may continue to process information subject to this Privacy Policy unless users are notified otherwise.

5.7 With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you request, direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.

5.8 Aggregated or De-Identified Information

We may use and disclose information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be linked to a particular individual.

We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except as permitted by law, such as to test whether our de-identification methods are effective.

6. Advertising and Tracking

Some PutesLabs Services may be supported by advertising or may use advertising, attribution, or measurement providers. When applicable, the relevant application will disclose these practices through its store listing, in-app notice, consent screen, or supplemental privacy notice.

Advertising providers may collect information such as:

  • Device identifiers;
  • Advertising identifiers;
  • IP address;
  • General location;
  • Application interactions;
  • Advertising interactions; and
  • Conversion information.

Where required, we will request consent before using information for personalized advertising or tracking across applications and websites owned by other companies.

You may be able to limit personalized advertising through your device settings, privacy controls, consent settings, or by contacting us.

7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, PutesLabs does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Certain privacy laws may define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" more broadly than an exchange of information for money. If a PutesLabs Service uses advertising or analytics technology that qualifies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide any legally required notice and opt-out method.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 for targeted advertising.

You may submit a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out request by emailing:

hello@puteslabs.com

Please include "Privacy Opt-Out Request" in the subject line and identify the PutesLabs application you use.

8. Artificial Intelligence Features

Certain present or future Services may offer artificial intelligence or machine-learning features.

When you intentionally use an AI-powered feature, information you submit to that feature may be processed by PutesLabs or a third-party AI service provider for purposes such as:

  • Generating requested output;
  • Classifying or organizing content;
  • Improving a workflow;
  • Providing suggestions; or
  • Detecting misuse or technical problems.

An application offering AI features may provide additional disclosures concerning the AI provider, the information processed, retention practices, and whether submitted content may be used to improve AI systems.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information to an AI feature unless the application clearly states that the feature is intended to process that information.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Users are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • Provide the Services;
  • Maintain an active account;
  • Complete transactions;
  • Maintain security;
  • Prevent fraud and abuse;
  • Resolve disputes;
  • Enforce agreements;
  • Meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations; and
  • Establish or defend legal claims.

Retention periods depend on:

  • The type of information;
  • The application involved;
  • How long you maintain an account;
  • The sensitivity of the information;
  • Why the information was collected;
  • Applicable legal obligations; and
  • Whether the information is needed for security or dispute resolution.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.

Information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or disaster-recovery systems until those backups are overwritten or deleted through our normal retention cycle.

10. Account Deletion

If a Service allows users to create an account, users may request deletion through:

  • The account or settings section of the applicable application, when available; or
  • Emailing hello@puteslabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

The request should identify:

  • The application used;
  • The email address associated with the account; and
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the account.

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal information unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as:

  • Completing a transaction;
  • Detecting or preventing fraud;
  • Maintaining security records;
  • Complying with tax, accounting, or legal obligations;
  • Resolving disputes;
  • Enforcing our agreements; or
  • Establishing or defending legal claims.

Deleting an application from a device does not necessarily delete the associated account or information stored on our systems.

Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Users may need to cancel an Apple or Google subscription through the applicable app-store account to prevent future renewal charges.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against:

  • Unauthorized access;
  • Loss;
  • Misuse;
  • Alteration;
  • Disclosure; and
  • Destruction.

These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encrypted transmission, secure hosting, monitoring, backups, and limiting access to information.

However, no application, website, database, communication method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. PutesLabs does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our safeguards or improperly access, use, alter, or disclose information.

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting your password;
  • Keeping login credentials confidential;
  • Using a secure device;
  • Logging out of shared devices; and
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Contact hello@puteslabs.com if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

12. Data Breach Notifications

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate the incident, take reasonable corrective measures, and provide notice to affected users, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by applicable law.

Notifications may be delivered by email, through the applicable application, through our website, or by another legally permitted method.

13. Your Choices

Depending on the Service, you may be able to:

  • Review or update account information;
  • Change profile settings;

  • Limit access to photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or calendar;
  • Turn notifications on or off;
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails;
  • Limit personalized advertising;
  • Disconnect third-party integrations;
  • Export certain information;
  • Delete uploaded content; or

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages concerning your account, purchases, security, legal notices, or important Service changes.

14. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Know whether we process your personal information;
  • Request access to personal information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of information;
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
  • Request restriction of processing;
  • Object to certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising;
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • Appeal a denied privacy request;

  • Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

To exercise a privacy right, email:

hello@puteslabs.com

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification information will be used only to process and document the request.

You may authorize an agent to submit a request when permitted by law. We may request proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may require you to verify your identity directly.

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when we cannot verify the request, the request is fraudulent or excessive, or retaining information is legally required.

15. United States State Privacy Disclosures

Depending on the PutesLabs Service used, we may have collected the following categories of personal information during the preceding 12 months:

  • Identifiers, such as name, username, email address, IP address, and account identifiers;
  • Customer-record information, such as contact or account information;

  • Audio, visual, or electronic content, such as uploaded photographs, videos, audio, or files;
  • Professional or employment-related information, when voluntarily entered into a business or productivity application;
  • Inferences derived from usage or account information, such as feature preferences; and
  • Sensitive personal information, such as account credentials or precise location, when necessary for a requested feature.

We collect these categories from:

  • Users;
  • Devices and browsers;
  • Apple and Google;
  • Authentication providers;
  • Payment providers;
  • Analytics and technical service providers;
  • Business partners; and
  • Other users who invite or interact with you.

We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 3 and 5 of this Privacy Policy.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes of inferring characteristics about an individual unless clearly disclosed and legally permitted.

We will not discriminate against a user for lawfully exercising a privacy right.

16. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

For users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, PutesLabs LLC is generally the controller of personal information processed through our Services unless a supplemental notice states otherwise.

Users in these regions may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaints to a supervisory authority.

When information is transferred to the United States or another country that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism when required.

You may contact us at hello@puteslabs.com regarding our legal bases, international transfers, or privacy-rights procedures.

17. International Data Transfers

PutesLabs is based in the United States. Our service providers may operate in the United States and other countries.

As a result, information may be processed or stored in a country outside your state, province, or country of residence. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

18. Children's Privacy

The general PutesLabs Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.

If an application is specifically designed for children or is likely to collect information from children, that application will provide additional disclosures and parental-consent procedures when required.

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact:

hello@puteslabs.com

Use the subject line "Child Privacy Request."

We will investigate and take reasonable steps to delete the information when legally required.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of applications and review the applicable age rating, store listing, permissions, and in-app features.

19. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or allow access to third-party websites, applications, tools, maps, social networks, or other services.

PutesLabs does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, accuracy, or practices of independent third parties.

The inclusion of a third-party link or integration does not mean that PutesLabs endorses or controls that third party.

You should review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party service before providing information or connecting an account.

20. User-Generated Content

Some Services may allow users to create, store, publish, or share content.

Information you publish publicly or share with other users may be copied, saved, downloaded, captured, redistributed, or used by others outside our control.

Do not publicly share personal, confidential, or sensitive information that you do not want others to access.

Removing public content may not remove copies previously saved or shared by other users.

21. Business and Organization Accounts

A business, employer, school, organization, or account administrator may provide access to a PutesLabs Service.

When an organization controls your account:

  • The organization may control the account;
  • Administrators may access, manage, export, or delete information;
  • The organization may establish its own retention rules;
  • PutesLabs may process information according to the organization's instructions; and
  • The organization's privacy policy may also apply.

Questions concerning an organization-managed account should first be directed to the applicable organization or administrator.

22. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our websites may not respond to all such signals.

Where required by applicable law, we will recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.

23. Automated Decision-Making

Certain features may use automated processes to organize information, prevent fraud, recommend features, or generate content.

Where applicable law provides rights concerning solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, users may contact us to request information or exercise an applicable right.

Unless specifically disclosed in a supplemental notice, PutesLabs does not intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

24. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect:

  • Changes to our Services;
  • New applications or features;
  • Changes to our service providers;
  • Changes to our data practices;
  • Legal or regulatory developments; or
  • Security and operational improvements.

When we update the policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date.

When legally required, we may provide additional notice through:

  • The applicable application;
  • Email;
  • Our website;
  • A store listing; or
  • Another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.

If a change requires consent, we will request consent before applying that change as required by law.

25. No Waiver of Legal Rights

This Privacy Policy does not limit any privacy or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy requires PutesLabs to retain information that it is not otherwise required to retain.

This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices and does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law or an applicable written agreement.
